Barcelona is ready to take the pitch at the RCDE Stadium in just over an hour, aiming to clinch the La Liga title by overcoming their city rivals, Espanyol.

With a four-point advantage over second-placed Real Madrid, a win this evening would seal Barcelona’s position as La Liga champions with two matches remaining in the season.

Prior to the highly anticipated Catalan derby, Barça manager Hansi Flick has revealed the starting lineup, which includes some key changes.

Notably, Robert Lewandowski returns to the starting XI for his first game since injury, taking the place of Ferran Torres, who had an appendectomy last night.

Raphinha and Lamine Yamal will remain on the wings.

Additionally, Andreas Christensen will start in the centre-back position, taking over for the suspended Inigo Martinez. He will partner with Ronald Araujo, who replaces Pau Cubarsi.

Eric Garcia and Gerard Martin will continue as the full-backs, while Wojciech Szczesny retains his starting position in goal instead of captain Marc-Andre ter Stegen.

Pedri and Frenkie de Jong will serve as the double pivot, with Dani Olmo occupying the No. 10 role.
